Delivery time
Shipping times vary depending on the product ordered. Please check each product detail page.
For pre-order items, delivery will be after the release date.
*For items that do not have a shipping period listed on their product detail page, if you pay by credit card or atone (postpaid), they will be shipped approximately 2 weeks after order confirmation. If you pay by convenience store payment, they will be shipped approximately 2 weeks after payment confirmation.
*This refers to the "shipping" date, not the "arrival" date, so the actual delivery time may vary depending on your location and transportation conditions.
*If you order items with different estimated shipping dates simultaneously, all items will be shipped together according to the latest estimated shipping date.
*For merchandise sold at concerts or events, depending on stock availability, shipping may take more than 2 weeks.
Please note that delivery may be delayed for the following reasons:
・If there is a high volume of orders
・If an item is temporarily out of stock
・If delivery is impossible due to force majeure such as weather
・If product manufacturing is delayed
・If there are deficiencies in the order or payment, such as over/under payment
・If shipping operations are temporarily suspended due to summer holidays, New Year holidays, or long consecutive holidays
Shipping confirmation
After shipping is complete, a shipping notification email will be sent as support information. Please check it.
Clicking the [View Order] button in the email will take you to a page displaying the "Delivery Carrier" and "Tracking Number."
Clicking the "Tracking Number" will take you to the shipping carrier's inquiry site where you can check the transportation status.
If you are a registered member, you can log in from [My Page] and check the "Delivery Carrier" and "Tracking Number" from the relevant [Order History].
Shipping carrier and delivery method
Delivery will be made by either Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, or Japan Post. You cannot specify the delivery carrier.
*We cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates/times, delivery methods, or special packaging for gifts.
*Orders cannot be held at a shipping carrier's office, post office, or convenience store.
Combined shipping / Split shipping
We cannot process consolidation or split shipments for orders after they have been placed.
Items ordered simultaneously will be shipped together once all items are available. Items ordered separately will be shipped separately.
Shipping fee
Domestic shipping within Japan
Standard shipping: 990 yen (tax included) / Okinawa only: 2,200 yen (tax included)
Nekoposu: 450 yen (tax included)
*If you select Nekoposu delivery, it will be delivered to your mailbox (if it doesn't fit in the mailbox, it will be brought back).
*Nekoposu delivery may result in loss or damage. We are not responsible for any loss or accidents after delivery to the mailbox, so please only use this service if you agree to this. By selecting Nekoposu delivery, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
・If "Nekoposu eligible product" is stated on the product detail page, you can select Nekoposu delivery.
・If "Nekoposu eligible product" is not stated on the product detail page, only standard shipping (shipping fee 930 yen) is available, so please be aware of this beforehand.
International shipping
The amount varies depending on the country and region. Please check on the payment page.
*Our store uses the DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) method.
Customs duties, import taxes, and taxes (VAT) may be incurred upon receipt if the package arrives in the destination country/region/state, and these may be your responsibility.
*Please comply with all laws and regulations specified in the destination country/region/state.
*Customs clearance conditions vary depending on the destination, so please contact the relevant customs authority for details.
Pick up
If you are not available at the time of delivery, please follow the instructions on the delivery notice card left by the delivery carrier to arrange for receipt of your item.
If the item is not received within the storage period, it will be returned to 『ユイカ』ONLINE STORE.
Please contact us using the dedicated inquiry form on the "Frequently Asked Questions" page within 2 weeks of the return.
Orders will be canceled if 2 months have passed since the return.
*In principle, refunds will not be issued for cancellations.
*The round-trip shipping costs for re-shipment will be borne by the customer.
*If there are repeated cases of refusal to receive, long-term absence, or re-shipment due to customer convenience, your use of our services may be restricted. Please ensure you receive your items.
