In order to reduce the burden on our customers due to rising shipping costs, we have adjusted our system so that customers residing outside of Japan can receive products purchased at our store even outside of Japan by using "tenso.com" and other international product forwarding services.
Please note that we will no longer ship internationally from our store.

Our store does not conduct inspections or issue documents based on overseas safety standards (such as the US CPSC).
If you ship products overseas (especially to the US) using a forwarding service, there is a risk of problems such as customs detention, confiscation, or return of goods at customs due to local customs regulations (such as the CPSC electronic declaration obligation effective July 2026).
In the unlikely event of shipping problems or inability to clear customs, our store assumes no responsibility whatsoever (refunds and re-shipments will not be provided).
